Temporary/part-time employee to support the payroll


We search:


A part-time employee for the following area of responsibility: 

- Processing of all tasks in our payroll accounting 

- Preparation and execution of the monthly payroll accounting 

- Processing of incoming and outgoing personnel 

- Reconciliation of accounts in cooperation with the financial accounting 

- Processing of the certification and reporting system 

- Contact person for wage and salary related questions


We expect:


- Completed commercial training 

- Existing professional experience in payroll accounting is desirable 

- Good knowledge of MS Office and ideally DATEV 

- Ability to work in a team and good communication skills

- Independent, structured and conscientious working style
